Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about pacing, access, prerequisites, and support—kept simple.
Do I need to read sheet music?
Basic reading helps, but our courses pair concise notation with clear text and keyboard diagrams you can follow by ear.
How much time should I practice?
Fifteen focused minutes daily beats two unfocused hours weekly. Our practice tracks are designed for small, consistent doses.
Is this jazz-only?
We draw from jazz harmony, but apply it to ballads, film-like textures, and modern worship settings as well.
What equipment do I need?
Any acoustic or digital piano with 61+ keys is enough. A sustain pedal is recommended, but many drills are pedal-free by design.
Will I learn to improvise solos?
Yes. We start with motif creation, then develop contour and rhythm. By week six you will improvise short, honest solos on ii–V–I.
Can I get feedback on my playing?
We include optional feedback tracks in select courses where you submit a short recording and receive written notes.
How long do I keep access?
Most products are lifetime access. Bundles with live cohorts include a clearly stated access window posted in the catalog item.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund on first-time purchases if less than 25% of the content is completed. See the full terms for details.
